STS9 is proud to help sponsor a hard working group of high school students in south Florida, led by Allan Phipps. These inspiring students successfully built and raced a solar race car from Texas to New York, completing the Dell-Winston School Solar Race Car Challenge. The project is ongoing, as Allan has brought solar power projects into the curriculum at his high school.
